The project aims to reduce heat stress in Dong Hoi through natural cooling of buildings. This shall increase people’s well-being and contribute to decrease energy consumption.
Process of Implementation:
4 Phases: (1) Project planning, including brainstorming, discussion and agreement, consultant selection, site assessment, goal setting, stakeholder engagement; (2) Project design and approval, including design and technical document development, design auditing, approval of the project design and other related technical documents; (3) Project implementation/installation, including project monitoring; (4) Project completion and handing-over, including construction work quality check and acceptance, work operation guideline transfer, maintenance responsibility clarification
