Process of Implementation:
The project seeks to provide technical assistance to the Municipality of Latacunga to increase capacities among local government staff and authorities, increase the collaboration between the Municipality and other stakeholders, and the implementation of the model of the risk management public policy. At the moment, specific instruments, including a strategic plan for risk management have been formulated and are being implemented.
